Huch? Ich habe doch eigentlich 2 rote Pinscher gepaart, nun sind plötzlich schwarz/rote dabei? Wie kann das sein? Ein sehr spannendes und komplexes Thema, durch das sich jeder angehende Züchter und Deckrüdenbesitzer durchwälzen sollte.
Und plötzlich ist der Wurf "bunt"!
Es gibt bei unserer Rasse 21 verschiedene Kombinationen der A,B und D Lokusse aus denen insgesamt 8 verschiedene Farben bzw. Farbkombinationen hervor gehen können.
Ich versuche es so verständlich und einfach wie möglich zu erklären. Das geht am Besten wenn wir uns erst einmal die beim Pinscher Einfluss nehmenden Genorte anschauen und weiter unten die
Komposition und die Wechselwirkungen verstehen. Die Tabellenform erleichtert es uns, verschiedene Verpaarungen, ähnlich wie in einem Periodensystem, nachzuschlagen.
Der A-Lokus
Auf dem A-Lokus wird bestimmt ob ein Hund rot (Ay/Ay oder Ay/at) oder Lohfarben* (at/at) ist. Je nachdem welche Verpaarung man vornimmt kommen folgende Genkombinationen und Farben hervor.

Sobald ein "großes A" wie in Ay vorkommt, ist der Pinscher nicht mehr lohfarben sondern komplett rot am ganzen Körper.

Dieses Bild zeigt einen "braun/roten" Pinscher (Abkürzung br). Die Grundfellfarbe ist braun, auch die Nase und die Lefzen sowie die Ballen sind braun (bb). Sie werden auch "Schokopinscher" genannt.

Der B-Lokus
Auf dem B-Lokus wird bestimmt ob ein Hund schwarz (BB oder Bb) oder braun (bb) ist. Weiterhin nimmt er Einfluss darauf ob der rote Hund eine schwarze Nase (BB und Bb) oder eine braune Nase (bb) hat. Je nachdem welche Verpaarung man vornimmt kommen folgende Genkombinationen und Farben hervor.

Der D-Lokus
Der D-Lokus kann unter bestimmten Umständen eine Farbverdünnung (dd) der Fellfarbe hervorrufen. Hierbei sehen die Grundfarben wie ausgebleicht aus. Die Farbe
schwarz/rot wird zu "blau", die Farbe rot wird zu "bronze", auch "isabell-farbig" genannt und braun/rot wird zu "fawn". Diese Fellfarben können bei den Pinscher- und Dobermannrassen mit
Krankheitserscheinungen verknüpft sein. Man nennt es auch Farbmutationsalopezie oder Blue Dobermann Syndrom. Ab dem 6. Lebensmonat kann es bereits zu Veränderungen kommen. Den betroffenen Hunden
gehen die Haare aus und sie bekommen Haut- und Fellprobleme wie z.B. Lederhaut und bakterielle Entzündungen.

Bild 1 zeigt 4 Dobermänner. Von links nach rechts sieht man folgende Farben:
fawn (dd), braun/rot (DD oder Dd), blau (dd), schwarz/rot (DD oder Dd) wie sie auch beim Pinscher vorkommen könnten.
Der Vergleich zwischen den verdünnten Farben und den Volltonfarben ist enorm und auf diesem Bild hervoragend zu erkennen. Die Volltonfarben haben
keinerlei gesundheitliche Einschränkungen im Hinblick auf die Farbe!
Unter dem Bild ist ein isabellfarbender (dd) Pinscher zu erkennen. Die Volltonfarbe rot wurde hier durch die Genkombination dd verdünnt. Oben rechts sieht man nocheinmal einen blauen (dd) Pinscherwelpen.
Die Hunde mit verdünnter Fellfarbe weisen folgende Genkombination auf dem D-Lokus auf: dd
Die Volltonfarben können auf dem D-Lokus folgende Kombinationen aufweisen: DD oder Dd
Hier ist der blaue Welpe von eben im Erwachsenen-Alter zu sehen. Mit ca. einem Jahr begannen ihr die Haare auszugehen. Es kamen im Laufe des Lebens etliche Geschwüre und Wucherungen dazu.
Dieses klinische Bild wird sehr häufig bei farbverdünnten Hunden beobachtet. Bei blauen heftiger als bei isabellfarbenen. Deshalb ist es innerhalb des Zuchtverbandes verboten farbverdünnte Hunde zu züchten.
Mögliche Genkombinationen A, B und D
Dieses Thema ist sehr komplex. Das Zusammenspiel bei der Verpaarung zweier Pinscher von A, B und D Lokus kann der folgenen Tabelle entnommen werden. Weil die Tabellen sonst leicht unübersichtlich werden gliedern wir folgendermaßen auf: Mutterhündin Ay/Ay (reinerbig rot); Mutterhündin Ay/at (rot mit Anlage für tan) und Mutterhündin at/at (reinerbig tan).
Man kann sich die passende Tabelle für die Mutterhündin suchen und daraus den passenden Rüden und die aus der Verpaarung resultierenden möglichen Kombinationen
entnehmen.
Ich habe eine reinerbig rote Hündin (Ay/Ay)
Tritt die Genkombination Ay/Ay (reinerbig rot) bei den Eltertieren auf, ist die Fellfarbe der Pinscherwelpen ausschließlich einfarbig Rot. Man nennt die Genkombination "reinerbig rot" da ein solcher Pinscher NUR ROT als Grundfarbe vererben wird, egal ob der Partner mischerbig rot (Ay/at), schwarz/rot (at/at) oder braun/rot (at/at) ist. Für die Lefzen, den Nasenspiegel und die Ballen ist bei der Grundfarbe rot der B-Lokus entscheidend. Trägt ein roter Hund die Genkombination bb ist der Nasenspiegel braun. Trägt ein roter Hund die Genkombination Bb oder BB ist der Nasenspiegel schwarz. Die Grundfarbe Rot bleibt allerdings immer gleich, unabhängig vom B Lokus.
Der D Lokus verdünnt hingegen die komplette Grundfarbe und auch die Elemente auf dem B Lokus. Ist ein Pinscher auf dem D Lokus "dd", verdünnt sich die Farbe rot und wird zu isabell. Ist er hingegen Dd oder DD bleibt die Farbe als Vollton rot erhalten.
Beispiel
Ist die Mutterhündin Ay/Ay, Bb, Dd hat ihr Fell eine rote Farbe. Die Lefzen, Krallen, Lider sind schwarz.
Ist der Vaterrüde Ay/Ay, Bb, DD hat sein Fell eine rote Farbe. Die Lefzen, Krallen, Lider sind schwarz.
Folgt man nun den in der unteren Tabelle hellgrün hinterlegten Feldern der Mutterhündin und des Vaterrüden kommt man zu den Welpen (grün hinterlegt).
Roter Welpe mit braunen Lidern, Nase, Krallen, Ballen und Lefzen
(AyAy oder Ay/at ; bb ; DD oder Dd)
Roter Welpe mit schwarzen Lidern, Nase, Krallen, Ballen und Lefzen(AyAy oder Ay/at ; BB oder Bb ; DD oder Dd)
Durch die Genkombination (Ay/Ay) ist das Fell der Welpen zu 100 % rot. Durch die Genkombination bb entstehen Welpen mit braunen Lefzen, Nasen, Krallen, Ballen und Lidern. Durch die Genkombination BB oder Bb entstehen Welpen mit schwarzen Lefzen, Nasen, Krallen, Ballen und Lidern.
Der Dilute Faktor spielt bei dieser Kombination für das Aussehen keine Rolle. Er tritt erst optisch in Erscheinung wenn die Genkombination 2 kleine Allele aufweist (dd).
FAZIT: Aus dieser Beispielkombination entstehen ausschließlich rote Welpen die aber unterschiedliche Farben (schwarz oder braun) bei Lefzen, Nasenspiegel, Ballen, Krallen, Lidern aufweisen.

Hier kann man die oben gezeigte Tabelle etwas kleiner zusammengefügt für die eigenen Unterlagen ausdrucken.
Ich habe eine mischerbig rote Hündin (Ay/at)
Tritt die Genkombination Ay/at (mischerbig rot) auf, ist die Fellfarbe der Pinscher ausschließlich einfarbig rot als Grundfarbe, da immer noch ein großes Ay Allel (dominant) vorhanden ist. Man nennt die Genkombination "mischerbig rot" da ein solcher Pinscher ROT UND SCHWARZ ROT als Grundfarbe vererben könnte. Um schwarz/rot zu zeugen muss die Genkombination des Partners dafür ebenfalls "mischerbig rot" Ay/at oder "reinerbig tan" at/at auf dem A Lokus sein. Für die Lefzen, den Nasenspiegel und die Ballen ist bei der Grundfarbe rot der B-Lokus entscheidend. Trägt ein roter Hund die Genkombination bb ist der Nasenspiegel braun. Trägt ein roter Hund die Genkombination Bb oder BB ist der Nasenspiegel schwarz.
Der D Lokus verdünnt hingegen die komplette Grundfarbe und auch die Elemente auf dem B Lokus. Ist ein Pinscher auf dem D Lokus "dd", verdünnt sich z.B. die Farbe rot und wird zu isabell. Ist er hingegen Dd oder DD bleibt die Farbe als Vollton rot erhalten.
Beispiel
Ist die Mutterhündin Ay/at, Bb, Dd hat ihr Fell eine rote Farbe. Die Lefzen, Krallen, Lider sind schwarz.
Ist der Vaterrüde Ay/Ay, Bb, DD hat sein Fell eine rote Farbe. Die Lefzen, Krallen, Lider sind schwarz.
Folgt man nun den in der Tabelle hellgrün hinterlegten Feldern der Mutterhündin und des Vaterrüden kommt man zu den Welpen (grün hinterlegt).

Durch die Genkombination (Ay/at; Ay/Ay) ist das Fell der Welpen zu 100 % rot. Durch die Genkombination bb entstehen Welpen mit braunen Lefzen, Nasen, Krallen, Ballen und Lidern. Durch die Genkombination BB oder Bb entstehen Welpen mit schwarzen Lefzen, Nasen, Krallen, Ballen und Lidern.
Der Dilute Faktor spielt hier für das Aussehen keine Rolle. Er tritt erst optisch in Erscheinung wenn die Genkombination 2 kleine Allele aufweist (dd).

Hier kann man die oben gezeigte Tabelle etwas kleiner zusammengefügt für die eigenen Unterlagen ausdrucken.
Ich habe eine tan/lohfarbene Hündin (at/at)
Tritt die Genkombination at/at (reinerbig für tan) auf, ist die Fellfarbe der Pinscher ausschließlich tanfarben, das bedeutet mit Abzeichen. Um schwarz/rot zu zeugen muss die Genkombination des Partners dafür ebenfalls "reinerbig tan" at/at oder "mischerbig rot" Ay/at auf dem A Lokus sein. Ist der Genlokus auf A reinerbig tan, entscheidet der B Lokus die Grundfarbe die entweder braun oder schwarz sein kann. Trägt ein tanfarbener (at/at) Hund die Genkombination bb ist der Hund braun/rot. Trägt ein tanfarbener (at/at) Hund die Genkombination Bb oder BB ist der Hund schwarz/rot.
Der D Lokus verdünnt hingegen die komplette Fellfarbe. Ist ein Pinscher auf dem D Lokus "dd", verdünnt sich z.B. die Farbe schwarz/rot und wird zu blau. Ist er hingegen Dd oder DD bleibt die Farbe als Vollton schwarz/rot erhalten.
Beispiel
Ist die Mutterhündin at/at, Bb, Dd hat ihr Fell eine schwarz/rote Farbe.
Ist der Vaterrüde Ay/Ay, Bb, DD hat sein Fell eine rote Farbe. Die Lefzen, Krallen, Lider sind schwarz.
Folgt man nun den in der Tabelle grau hinterlegten Feldern der Mutterhündin und des Vaterrüden kommt man zu den Welpen (rot hinterlegt).

Durch die Genkombination (at/at x Ay/Ay) ist das Fell der Welpen zu 100 % rot. Warum schon wieder rot? Weil ein Hund mit der Kombination Ay/Ay ausschließlich ROT zeugen wird. Verpaart man ihn mit einem Partner der at/at ist, tragen alle Welpen die Anlage für tan (Ay/at) und können somit in der nächsten Generation auch tanfarbene Welpen zeugen. Durch die Genkombination bb entstehen Welpen mit braunen Lefzen, Nasen, Krallen, Ballen und Lidern. Durch die Genkombination BB oder Bb entstehen Welpen mit schwarzen Lefzen, Nasen, Krallen, Ballen und Lidern.
Der Dilute Faktor spielt hier bei diesem Beispiel für das Aussehen keine Rolle. Er tritt erst optisch in Erscheinung wenn die Genkombination 2 kleine Allele aufweist (dd).

Gentest - ein sicheres Ergebnis?
Auch wenn beide Elterntiere "reinerbig" (Ay/Ay; BB; DD) getestet wurden, sollte man die Nachkommen, die der Zuchtbasis zugeführt werden sollen, trotzdem testen lassen um "böse" Überraschungen zu vermeiden. Das Labor der Elterntiere könnte einen Fehler begangen haben und der Hund wurde falsch ausgewertet oder genetisch gesehen ist eine "Mutation" passiert. Somit könnten trotzdem Farben entstehen die man evtl. gar nicht geplant hat. Vor dem Zuchteinsatz sollte sich jeder Züchter eingehend mit Farbgenetik beschäftigen! Somit weiß man im besten Falle was einen bei der Geburt erwartet.

sehr interessant für eine Zuchtplanung einer Einsteigerin! Suche noch eine Zuchthündin . Sie kann auch gern ein wenig älter, sollte aber noch im "gebärfähigen" Alter sein. Es muß also unbedingt ein Welpe sein. Herzlichen Gruß
